Anastasia’s best dressed lady at The GOAL Ball
Anastasia sponsored the best dressed lady prize at this year’s annual GOAL Ball in The Burlington Hotel on May 14th for the third year running. Top model Andrea Roche presented TV personality Mary Kennedy and ball-goer Helen Coonan with the joint title. Helen (right) is holding her prize in one of our very own Anastasia bags in this picture, which appeared in VIP magazine.
Alongside Andrea Roche and Mary Kennedy, lots of other well known faces attended the event including tenor Paul Byrom and broadcaster and Michael Lyster.
A huge congratulations to everyone involved with the event, which was a great success yet again.
Anastasia donates to ‘Buy My Dress’
Anastasia gladly donated a dress for auction at the annual ‘Buy my Dress’ event in aid of The Down Syndrome Centre in May. Three events took place simultaneously in Dublin, Cork and Galway. €60,000 was raised on the day which will be used to support Ireland’s first Down Syndrome Liaison Nurse, Angela O’Riordan and look to fund similar nursing positions in Cork and Galway. Celebrity Stylist Cathy O’Connor and beauty writer Triona McCarthy were amongst the hundreds of volunteers who offered up their valuable time on the day. Congratulations and well done to everyone involved from all at Anastasia!
